Lightsaber Generator
I started this project as an introduction to Blender Geometry nodes which I had not used up to this point.
I started by following a few tutorials but quickly went off script because what I wanted it to do was quite different from most of the tutorials I could find.
One of the hardest parts was getting the blade colour to change because the attribute transfer wasn't working correctly once I realized the blade instance, so I had to leave it as an instance and apply the attribute to the instance itself but once done the blade changes colour as desired.
I have not made any renders of this but I also included a double bladed toggle that allows you to generate a double bladed version of each lightsaber.
The meshes were made specifically for this with fairly low poly models and 1K textures I made in Substance painter.
